Chicken Season with:
Couple springs of thyme
1/2 teaspoon of curry, adobo, chicken cube
Lightly brown chicken (about a min) on each side. Then add 2 cups of water, 1 cup of stock and 1/2 cup of crush tomatoes.
Cover and let it summer for 30-40 mins
2 cups of white Jasmine
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
springs of time Salt and pepper to taste
Summer with 1 and 1/2 cups of water. When the water is dried up, add 1/2 cup of beet juice.
Cover and steam for 5 more mins on low or no heat.
Add to chicken
2 potatoes cubed, I carrot chopped and whole scotch bonnet pepper
