Exercise Will Help You Deal With Stress Better

So you want to lose weight? That's great and it is an awesome way to improve your life. One thing that I have realized over the years is that exercise is something that you can not live without. When I first started my weight loss journey exercise was the first thing that I picked up. I exercised seven days a week and did an intense work out for about an hour and a half. Let me talk about the importance of exercise on the body and the mind. I always thought that exercise was just for me to get smaller. I never thought that exercising improved the mind. If you are going through a lot of stress, exercise will help you deal with the stressful events. Stress is not going to go away. It is something that you can not control, however you can control how your body reacts to stress through working out. Here are a few tips on how to start your exercise regimen. This is so important because if you do not eat your body will go into a mode called fight or flight. Initially your body looks at exercise as stress,so during exercise you will release stress hormones. The longer you exercise the more your body won't release stress hormones as much. This is why it is very important for you to eat a healthy meal before you exercise. This act will help your body not to release as much of the stress hormone Cortisol. Always have water with you and stay hydrated. This is important because you will be releasing toxins, nutrients and fluids. These events helps your body to have to work harder. Being dehydrated defeats the purpose of your work out. Once sweating occurs, replenish your body with fluids. Try to exercise at least 4 to 5 times a week. You don't have to do intense workouts all of the time. Just doing 10 to 15 minutes will help your body stay in gear and in shape. Watch video below
