Salmon is such a tasty fish. It is full of Omega 3's and its just Healthy for you.
In this video I used sock eye salmon.
The sauce that I made to go with the salmon is as follows:
2 tablespoon2 of mayo
One avocado
Chipotle powder
One whole Lime
Pepper Corn
I
used my copper pot.
I Lightly oiled the pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
One Whole onion
1/4 cup of celery
I placed some Mccormic seasonings to help with caramelizing.
Smoke house maple
curry
sea salt
Place a little bit of filtered water in the pan to help steam.
